When it comes to exercising, there's no fitness plan that works for all people. Just like nutrition, the best plan meets you where you are. Our "30-Day Fitness Plan" is a customized workout program that meets you where you are so that you can make the most of your time, energy and abilities.

Once you register, we will be in touch with you with the goal to learn more about you, your fitness experience and situation. Once we make contact with you, within 24 hours we will provide you with an fitness plan that you can perform at your convenience. Case in point, we may customize a fitness plan for you that you perform at home, in the gym, while traveling, with weights and without weights. When we customize, we put together a fitness plan that works for you.

A FEW PROBLEMS WITH PERSONAL TRAINING? Sometimes it cost too much $$$. Often the personal trainer may lack credibility, knowledge and the skills to safely and effectively customize an exercise program for you. And then you have the problem of scheduling and consistency.




HOW IT WORKS

After you register, we will contact you and gather information to customize a 30-Day Fitness Plan for you. All of our fitness plans are designed by certified personal trainers and approved by America's Fat Loss Coach and celebrity trainer, Robert Ferguson. It is also important to know that the fitness plan provided is in accordance with the America College of Sports Medicine (world's leading authority on exercise science).

You can cancel anytime (second month). As you approach the last week of your 30-Day Fitness Plan, we will conduct a "discovery session" to find out how you are doing, and then provide you with a NEW 30-Day Fitness Plan (unless you cancel of course). The updated fitness routine will challenge and excite you, because it is progressive and designed to ensure your success.

With your third fitness plan, you continue to challenge yourself and keep excitement/fun in your workouts. Every 30 days you get a new fitness plan unless you cancel. At the end of each 30 day period, we conduct a "discovery session" with you so that we are able to customize your plan to fit the needs of your situation and goals.

The pay structure is simple. The first month you pay $50. After that, you only pay $35 a month. On average, people who pay for personal training pay anywhere from $400 to $800 a month. Not with the 30-Day Fitness Plan. You get the value of paying hundreds of dollars, but at a reasonable rate.

YOUR COST: There's a one-time registration fee of $50. This includes your initial assessment, and the customization of your first 30-day fitness plan. NO RISK PROGRAM: You can cancel anytime as long as it is before your anniversary date. For instance, if you register on the first of the month, if you decide to cancel, make sure it is before the first.
